  2. Evaluation of emerging technologies in Server Based Computing and Security
  3. Productisation of bespoke technologies

Achievement
  1. Numerous deployments of Novell Server
  2. Several customers with ongoing Server Support using Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, DNS and Fileserver
  3. Built custom firewalls, VPN solutions, proxy servers, content filters based on Linux and OpenBSD.
  4. Spearheaded the first implementations and migrations to Virtualised server environments
  5. As technology evolved, customers using the custom security solutions were eventually migrated to Astaro products.
